At Resnick Energy, we’re committed to providing the best heating oil delivery service at the best prices. To make that happen, we have a team of dedicated professionals committed to upholding our high standards for service, from the people who answer your calls to the drivers who deliver your heating oil.
Owner, Boss Man, the Big Guy—whatever you call him, Randy always answers the call. A Sullivan County native and serial entrepreneur, Randy has been investing in the county his entire life, because he cares about giving his friends and neighbors quality products at affordable prices with great customer service. Whether you’re eating at one of his restaurants, shopping in one of his grocery stores or buying fuel from one of his energy companies, you can expect nothing less than the Resnick best!
Office/fleet/customer-service manager. Jesse is an all-around I-got-this guy! Another Sullivan County native, Jesse has traveled across the country and returned to make his life right here. Jesse is dedicated to creating the best customer-service experience possible and is readily available to answer any and all of your energy-need questions. Jesse can also be found behind the bar, waiting on your table, or in the catering scene on the weekends, for our hospitality businesses. But don’t worry, we have the phones forwarded to his cell, so he’s always ready to take your call.
Customer-service representative extraordinaire! Lorie made the long trek to Sullivan County (from Orange County, but we don’t hold it against her) in 1979, and this has been her home since then. Lorie was an original Ultra Power employee 28 years ago. We got her in the acquisition and couldn’t be happier! Lorie brings unparalleled knowledge of the energy industry to the table with the friendliest disposition you could ask for! Just as long as you pay your bill…
Customer-service representative extraordinaire-in-training. Laura’s husband, Matt, is a longtime employee with the Resnick family of businesses, so it was only fitting that we bring her into the fold. Laura brings her native language, Spanish, to the table, expanding our customer-service experience vastly. She’s a pleasure, and likes donuts (that’s a hint, if you happen to visit the office).
Director of business development, aka chaos coordinator. You will find Terri, also a Sullivan County native, in all the Resnick family businesses, shuffling papers around and possibly pulling her hair out. We are never really sure what she does, but the job always gets done, so we don’t complain. If you see her running, move—she’s on a Resnick mission.
